How do I return an item?

Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us to request a return authorization number. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In brand-new condition
• In the original packaging
• Complete with all parts and accessories

Returns may not be accepted if the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping.
